We love pandan leaves, & did you know that they’re typically used in Thai desserts & drinks? In fact, it is widely used all around Southeast Asia.
Apart from Thai desserts and beverages, they are also used to wrap savoury foods. The ready-to-use paste and fresh pandan leaves can be easily found in Asian specialty stores. They are used in our Mango Sticky Rice!
If not used in foods, pandan leaves are also used for handicrafts.
